Tietosuojaseloste

Tämä seloste kertoo, mitä henkilötietoja T. Studio kerää sinusta tällä sivustolla, miksi, kenelle niitä luovutetaan ja mitkä ovat sinun oikeutesi. Keräämme vain sen, mitä tarvitsemme yhteydenottoosi vastaamiseen — emme myy tietojasi kenellekään.
01 Rekisterinpitäjä
Rekisterinpitäjä on taho, joka päättää, miten henkilötietojasi käsitellään, ja jolta voit kysyä niistä:
02 Mitä tietoja keräämme
Yhteydenottolomake. Kun lähetät lomakkeen, keräämme antamasi tiedot:
- Nimesi
- Sähköpostiosoitteesi
- Yrityksesi nimi ja ala (jos annat ne)
- Viestisi sisältö
Tekniset tiedot. Kuten lähes kaikilla verkkosivuilla, palvelin ja käyttämämme palvelut voivat tallentaa automaattisesti teknisiä tietoja, kuten IP-osoitteesi, selaimesi tyypin ja käyntiajankohdan. Näitä käytetään sivuston toiminnan ja tietoturvan varmistamiseen — emme yhdistä niitä henkilöllisyyteesi.
Sivusto ei käytä kävijäseurantaa, mainospikseleitä eikä analytiikkaa (esim. Google Analytics).
03 Miksi käsittelemme tietoja ja millä perusteella
- Yhteydenottoosi vastaaminen ja tarjouksen tekeminen. Peruste: sopimuksen valmistelu sekä oikeutettu etumme hoitaa asiakassuhdetta (tietosuoja-asetus GDPR, art. 6.1 b ja f).
- Sivuston toiminta ja tietoturva. Peruste: oikeutettu etu pitää sivusto toimivana ja suojattuna (GDPR art. 6.1 f).
04 Kenelle tietoja luovutetaan
Emme myy emmekä vuokraa tietojasi. Käytämme muutamaa ulkopuolista palvelua, jotka käsittelevät tietoja puolestamme:
- Web3Forms — välittää lomakkeen viestit sähköpostiimme. Web3Formsin tietosuoja.
- Google (Gmail) — sähköposti, jolla vastaanotamme ja luemme viestisi.
- Google Fonts — sivuston kirjasimet ladataan Googlen palvelimilta, jolloin IP-osoitteesi välittyy Googlelle. Googlen tietosuoja.
- Sivuston julkaisualusta — Palveluntarjoaja Vercel tallentaa palvelinlokeja, jotka voivat sisältää IP-osoitteita.
Voimme lisäksi luovuttaa tietoja viranomaiselle, jos laki sitä vaatii.
05 Tietojen siirto EU:n ulkopuolelle
Osa palveluista (kuten Google ja Web3Forms) toimii Yhdysvalloissa, joten tietoja voidaan siirtää EU:n ja ETA:n ulkopuolelle. Siirrot perustuvat EU:n komission hyväksymiin suojatoimiin, kuten vakiosopimuslausekkeisiin (SCC) tai EU–US Data Privacy Framework -järjestelyyn.
06 Kuinka kauan säilytämme tietoja
Säilytämme yhteydenottoviestit niin kauan kuin asiakassuhteen tai keskustelun hoitaminen vaatii. Jos asiakassuhdetta ei synny, poistamme viestit viimeistään 12 kuukauden kuluessa. Voit myös pyytää poistamista milloin tahansa (ks. kohta 8).
07 Evästeet
Sivusto ei aseta seurantaevästeitä. Selaimeesi tallennetaan ainoastaan pieni tekninen tieto valitsemastasi kielestä (FI/EN), jotta kieli säilyy sivulta toiselle siirtyessäsi. Tämä ei tunnista sinua eikä sitä käytetä seurantaan.
08 Sinun oikeutesi
Sinulla on tietosuoja-asetuksen mukaan oikeus:
- saada tietää, mitä tietoja sinusta on tallennettu, ja saada niistä kopio;
- pyytää virheellisten tietojen korjaamista;
- pyytää tietojesi poistamista;
- rajoittaa tai vastustaa tietojen käsittelyä;
- saada antamasi tiedot siirrettävässä muodossa.
Voit käyttää oikeuksiasi ottamalla yhteyttä osoitteeseen tuobusinesses@gmail.com. Jos katsot, että tietojasi käsitellään lainvastaisesti, voit tehdä valituksen tietosuojaviranomaiselle: Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto (tietosuoja.fi).
09 Muutokset tähän selosteeseen
Voimme päivittää tätä selostetta, jos sivusto tai käyttämämme palvelut muuttuvat. Ajantasainen versio on aina tällä sivulla, ja yläreunan päivämäärä kertoo, milloin sitä on viimeksi muutettu.

This policy explains what personal data T. Studio collects about you on this website, why, who it is shared with, and what your rights are. We only collect what we need to reply to your enquiry — and we never sell your data.
01 Data controller
The data controller is the party that decides how your personal data is handled, and whom you can contact about it:
02 What data we collect
Contact form. When you submit the form, we collect the details you provide:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name and field (if you provide them)
- The content of your message
Technical data. As with almost every website, the server and the services we use may automatically log technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site working and secure — we do not link it to your identity.
The site uses no visitor tracking, advertising pixels or analytics (such as Google Analytics).
03 Why we process data and on what basis
- Replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote. Basis: taking steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in managing the client relationship (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- Running and securing the website. Basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site functional and protected (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
04 Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent your data. We use a few external services that process data on our behalf:
- Web3Forms — delivers form messages to our email. Web3Forms privacy.
- Google (Gmail) — the email service where we receive and read your message.
- Google Fonts — the site's fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which means your IP address is shared with Google. Google privacy.
- Website host — Hosting service Vercel stores server logs that may contain IP addresses.
We may also disclose data to authorities where required by law.
05 Transfers outside the EU
Some services (such as Google and Web3Forms) operate in the United States, so data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers rely on safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
06 How long we keep data
We keep contact messages for as long as handling the enquiry or client relationship requires. If no client relationship arises, we delete the messages within 12 months at the latest. You can also request deletion at any time (see section 8).
07 Cookies
The site sets no tracking cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a small technical note of your chosen language (FI/EN), so the language carries over as you move between pages. This does not identify you and is not used for tracking.
08 Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- find out what data we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data;
- restrict or object to the processing;
- receive the data you gave us in a portable format.
To exercise your rights, contact tuobusinesses@gmail.com. If you believe your data is being handled unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
09 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the site or the services we use change. The current version is always on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed.
